NASHVILLE, TN . — Citizens Savings Bank & Trust Company (CSB&T) announced today the hire of Jeffery W. McGruder, II as Chief Relationship Officer. As part of CSB&T’s executive team, McGruder will help deliver a creative and effective client experience, while developing corporate and community relationships across the state.

This hire aligns with the bank’s focus on strengthening client and community relationships while expanding wealth management product and service offerings.
With more than 20 years of banking experience, McGruder has created and led consultant teams for local and regional banks and served as a development liaison to numerous local nonprofits. He most recently worked as a Financial Advisor for Pinnacle Financial Partners, where he managed a client portfolio of business and private banking assets.
McGruder holds a Bachelor of Education in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master’s of Business Administration and Corporate Healthcare from Trevecca Nazarene University.
