BC Holdings of Tennessee Expands Team with Three New Hires

Sarah Hogue, Amy Smith and Nikki Tudor Join Nashville Financial Wellness Team

NASHVILLE, Tenn., – Leading financial wellness and workforce training company, BC Holdings of Tennessee, LLC (BCH), welcomes three new professionals to their growing team: Sarah Hogue, account executive; Amy Smith, program coordinator; and Nikki Tudor, office coordinator. These roles are critical to support the continued expansion of BCH to serve clients in the private sector, higher education and federal government with financial education and training across the U.S.

Sarah Hogue brings six years of sales experience to her role as account executive in the event, food and beverage industry as well as the legal sector. Most recently, she spent two years at Legal Tech as a sales associate capturing video and audio for depositions across Tennessee. Prior to that, she was an office manager and sales associate at Music City Tents & Events attending site visits and coordinating showroom appointments for clients. In her new role at BCH, she develops relationships with educational institutions and enterprises and provides business development support to senior leadership. She also serves as an ambassador for BCH at national trade shows and conferences. Hogue has a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from the University of Mississippi at Oxford.

Amy Smith joins BCH as program coordinator with more than 20 years of professional experience in human services and health insurance organizations and advocating for the special needs community. Most recently, she served as an account executive at SafeinHome, a provider of assistive technology for the intellectual or developmental disability community. Previously, she served as a program manager and aging consultant for the State of Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability. Prior to that, Smith spent eight years with Cigna Healthcare in Franklin as a quality assurance manager where she maintained policies and procedures for claim systems processing. At BCH, she oversees program administration and implementation for various clients across the nation. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in family and consumer studies/child development and family studies from Middle Tennessee State University. She also has completed coursework toward a Master of Social Work, organizational leadership from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Nikki Tudor joins BCH as office coordinator with two years of experience in client relations and hospitality. Most recently, she served as office coordinator for ONiT Painting managing customer relationships and providing marketing support including content marketing, social media and email campaigns to promote the brand. Prior to that, she was an intern in the ticket office at Keeneland in Lexington, Ky. Previously, she provided marketing assistance to Leliebloem House & Chenin Blanc Association of South Africa to introduce wines to the U.S. market. Tudor has a Bachelor of Arts degree in media arts and studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Kentucky at Lexington.
