Nashville, TENN – In an era dominated by quick hits and formulaic music, Sincerely For, Cuffin SZN, the new EP from artist RyanChristopher and producer TopNosis, serves as a soulful throwback to the golden age of artist-producer collaborations. Released on December 13, 2024, under the creative banners of Mansion on Mars and TopSoil, this three-track project reminds listeners of the magic created when vision and sound come together seamlessly reminiscent of timeless duos like Michael Jackson and Quincy Jones, or Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
Their creative process was fueled by an authentic chemistry. As TopNosis explains, “It was about bringing back the fun and creation. We got this southern soul vibe, and we just went into the studio and had fun. I’m not trying to do what Ryan does, and he’s not trying to do what I do—that opens up real space for creativity.”
This dynamic has produced a sound that blends live instrumentation with modern production techniques, striking a balance that resonates across generations. “We looked to create something unique but still flavorful to different age groups, genres, and backgrounds,” TopNosis adds.
For RyanChristopher, this project represents a milestone in music’s rich lineage of collaborations. “There are musical mile markers—Nas and Hit-Boy, Ross and Justice League, Missy and Timbaland—that make you feel something. They let you time jump back to when you first heard it or when it was made. The goal is to give listeners that same magic.”
