WASHINGTON, D.C. – Rep. Jim Cooper (TN-05) has announced that his office in Washington, D.C., will close on Monday, November 21, and his office in Nashville, Tennessee, will close on Wednesday, November 30. The remaining office staff will work remotely until the members of the 118th Congress are sworn in on January 3, 2023.
Earlier this year, Cooper announced he would not seek re-election due to Republican gerrymandering.
